The numbers of Shivlings are increasing because, every devotees whose wishes are fulfilled, they build a shivling and this is the reason why till then there are more than 9 million Shivling so far.
The tallest shivling in the world is located in this temple. The height of Shivling is 108 feet, and the Nandi idol is also the largest. This statue of Nandi is 35 feet high, 60 feet long, 40 feet wide.
