Bhubaneswar: The second phase admission process for Plus II courses for 2017-18 academic session would commence July 17.
According to a notification issued by School and Mass Education department Saturday, students can apply for Plus II Science, Commerce, Arts and Vocational courses through online and offline modes by filling up the Common Application Form (CAF).
Online applications would be available on the website www.dheodisha.gov.in from July 17 while the candidates, who want to apply in offline mode, have to collect CAF available at the nearest Student Academic Management System (SAMS) Resource Centres from the same day onwards, the notification said. “The students, whose top choices are not closed during first phase of admission and still want to go up, need to submit slide up willingness applications (available in the website) in ant SAMS Resources Centre. They need not submit fresh application,” it said.
The last date for application is July 23 while the students can submit the hardcopy of online application forms along with documents by July 24.
The government has set July 26 as the deadline for online CAF validation and digitisation of application forms in e-Space by the SAMS resource centres. The second phase merit list would be announced July 29 while the admissions would take place from July 31 to August 2. Candidates may contact the nearest SAMS Resource Centre or call Sanjog Helpline at toll free number – 155335 and 1800-345-6770 in case of difficulties.
