BHUBANESWAR: Centre for cultural and educational development (CCED) conducted a poetic session ‘Kalam ki Zubaan 2.0’ at Koshish Action Learning Center here Sunday.
The organisation plans to donate the collected revenue for public charity and also bear the education cost of some poor children till the completion of their secondary education.
Through its idea, CCED is able to attract talented writers in the open platform. 14 people participated in the session. Famed Odia writer Umakant Rout was the chief guest of the programme.
In the intuitive program, participants were allowed to perform one original piece (poetry/shayari/slam poetry) for not more than five minutes. All the performances were recorded and put on ‘Kalam Ki zubaan’ YouTube channel.
It must be mentioned here that CCED is a non-profit organisation which is working for the sustainability and welfare of the society. It aims to maintain balance in the society in every aspect including education, environment, culture, sustainability and sanitation among others.
