Bhubaneswar: The PJ Group of Institutions held its two-day 20th Annual Athletic Meet December 5 and 6 with great enthusiasm. The event kicked off with a marathon race featuring active participation from students across various departments.
A variety of sporting events were organised under the supervision of Senior Lecturer Rashmi Ranjan Sarangi.
Students participated in large numbers, displaying their talent and competitive spirit. The valedictory ceremony was coordinated by PJCMT director Santosh Kumar Biswal.
Sports and Youth Affairs department deputy secretary Sonali Chand, the chief guest, encouraged students to stay health-conscious and foster a greater interest in sports and physical activities.
Also present were PJ Group of Institutions director Laxmidhar Biswal, Principal (+2 Wing) Jagadish Kar, and Dean Ipsita Patra.
Chairman Pratap Chandra Jena and Vice Chairman Pramod Kumar Jena extended their best wishes to all participants.
Vice-Principal Ashish Kumar Beuria proposed the vote of thanks, while Administrative Officer Nirmal Chandra Mallick and Kabuli Martha supported the smooth conduct of the event.
