Bollywood has come a long way with the kind of content it is delivering. With more women in cinema, the audience is seeing many different stories and accepting them with open arms as well.

Exhibit A of this is Meghna Gulzar’s Raazi starring extremely talented Alia Bhatt and the incredible Vicky Kaushal. Raazi has earned Rs 100 crores at the box office after being made on a Rs 15 crore budget.

We take a look at how much Bollywood actresses earn per film. The most shocking thing to notice here is the huge gap between the fees per film of Bollywood actors and actresses.

Deepika Padukone: Deepika Padukone was reportedly paid ₹13 crores for Padmaavat. The actress was paid more than both her male co-stars who were paid 10 crores. Her fees per movie vary from Rs 10-13 crores.

Kangana Ranaut: Whether it was Rani from Queen or Tanu in Tanu Weds Manu, Kangana has been our favorite leading lady. She earns Rs 10-12 crores for each film.

Kareena Kapoor Khan: Kareena Kapoor is that one actress who makes us wonder why we don’t see her on screen more often. She returns to our screens with Veere Di Wedding on 1st of June. She rakes in Rs 8-10 crores.

Priyanka Chopra: Our desi girl who has made waves in Hollywood with Baywatch and Quantico is returning to Bollywood with Salman Khan starrer Bharat. P.C earns Rs 8-9 crores per movie.

Vidya Balan: We adored her as Sulu in her last outing at the box office. Vidya Balan has changed the definition of being an actress in Bollywood. She charges Rs 6-7 crores per movie.

Katrina Kaif: Katrina Kaif was last seen in Tiger Zinda Hai, her co-star Salman Khan is paid Rs 60 crores per movie. Katrina rakes in Rs 6-7 crores per movie.

Anushka Sharma: We have seen Anushka act opposite all the three Khans and the movies have done well at the box office. Anushka Sharma makes Rs 5-6 crores for every movie. She will be seen opposite Varun Dhawan in Sui Dhaaga.

Alia Bhatt: Her last outing, Raazi has crossed the Rs 100 crore mark at the box office. She makes Rs 4-5 crores per movie. She will be seen opposite Varun Dhawan in Kalank and opposite Ranveer Singh in Gully Boy.
