Keonjhar: Guardians have not yet allowed their wards to come to Bayapandadhar residential government school in Bansapal block of this district which was allegedly griped by fear of ghost.
Over 100 students had left the school after a girl student was allegedly ‘possessed’ a week ago. Reports said 45 students who used to stay at the hostel have now started coming to school but do not stay in the hostel. They commute from home.
However, the school authorities are hopeful of normalising the situation within a couple of days even as a meeting of guardians was held here Tuesday in the presence of the district child welfare officer and other officials.
Many guardians had agreed to send their wards after two days, said headmaster Maguni Charan Nayak.
