An incident has come to light from the Ragigudda Station of the Bengaluru Metro, where a security guard suddenly fell directly onto the railway track. The incident took place in the morning, and fortunately, no train was approaching at that time, otherwise a major accident could have occurred.
A video of the incident has surfaced, in which the security guard can be seen walking on the platform before suddenly slipping and falling onto the track. Moments later, a passenger rushed to his aid, grabbed his hand, and pulled him out. The video of this dramatic incident is now going viral on social media.

The video has been shared on social media platform X by the handle @KarthikReddy. According to BMRCL officials, the guard was on duty at platform number 2 when he slipped and fell. Meanwhile, another guard on platform number 1 quickly pressed the emergency trip switch, cutting off the power supply to the track. Officials confirmed that the security guard is completely safe following the incident.
It is reported that the guard had been on duty for an extended period of about 16 hours. After taking only a brief rest, he returned to work. Following the accident, he was removed from duty, and an investigation is underway to determine how such a long shift was assigned to him.
