Salman Khan, or ‘Bhai’ as he is lovingly called in Hindi movie industry, is not only known for his movies but for his extravagant habit of indulging in expensive assets.

He is not only one of the biggest superstars of the industry, but also one of the most loved. It is all due to his huge stardom that he charges Rs 50-60 crores for a movie and his movies turn out to be blockbusters at the box-office.

With all the endorsements, promotions, tours and events, Salman has a net worth of $318 million which is Rs 1950 crores. Here are 10 such assets owned by ‘Bhai’ which will make everyone feel very poor compared to him:

  1. Gorai beach home

 

Mumbai beaches do not provide the Khan family with any exclusivity so ‘bhai’ has a legit gorgeous 5 BHK beach home which he bought on his 51st birthday. The insane property is spread across 100 acres and has a gym, a big swimming pool, a theatre, and the sea-facing bungalow also reportedly has a dirt bike arena for some more fun. According to reports, this caused an appx. Rs 100-crore hole in his pocket.

       2. Panvel farmhouse

This place is the resident party place for the family’s parties for their friends. This place is spread lavishly over 150 acres of land  and besides the usual gorgeous room, a gym, a swimming pool and all that jazz, this farm also house horses and other domesticated animals.  Reportedly, this came with a price tag of some Rs 80 crores.

3. Triplex flat in Bandra

The Khan family currently resides in the famed ‘Galaxy Apartments’ but Salman invested in this 11-storey building which is currently under construction. Rumour has it that the family might shift into this Rs 30 crore abode here once it’s done.

4. Private yacht

Reportedly, Salman and his brothers have a yacht which cost him appx Rs 3 crores.

5.Fleet of cars 

He has a wonderful collection of cars, courtesy his travel in Mumbai and the entourage that travels with him. His garage is overflowing with cars like the Mercedes Benz GL Class (approx. Rs 80 lakh), Mercedes Benz S Class ( approx Rs 82 lakh), an Audi A8 L (approx. Salman owns the gorgeous Hayabusa which cost him over Rs 16 lakh. Along with that, he owns the Yamaha R1 which is around Rs 15 lakh, the Suzuki GSX-R 1000Z which costs Rs 16 lakh and the Suzuki Intruder M1800 RZ which is around Rs 16 lakh.

7. Super expensive bicycle

Bhai’ is often spotted on Mumbai streets bicycling his stress away. Now, one would wonder an expensive bicycle would cost around a lakh or so but his Giant Propel 2014 XTC is over Rs 4 lakh. Yepp, ‘shouq badi cheez hai’!

8. Being Human brand

 

The brand has Khan as the prime owner and is estimated to be valued for over Rs 235 crores.

9. Production company

 

He ventured into production with his movie ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ and launched his banner SKF. He has co-produced numerous movies since then.
