Odisha govt announces exam format for Class X students; here's all you need to know

Bhubaneswar: The first selection cut-off list for +2 admissions in Odisha was released by the Higher Education department of the Odisha government on its official website, www.samsodisha.gov.in at 11.00 am in the morning.

A total of 4,35,092 students had applied, out of which 3,86,464 were selected in the first list including 2,47,906 students in Arts stream, 24,560 in Commerce steam & 1,07,037 students in Science stream. The first cut-off merit list has Ravenshaw Junior College as the most sought after by students.

The availability of Online Common Application Form (CAF) started August 12 and will continue till September 5. The admission of the students selected in first selection will be from September 14 to September 21.

Likewise, the merit list of the second selection will be released September 27 at 4.00 pm following which the admission of the Students selected in second round will be September 29 to 5 pm of October 1.

The spot-selection list, after the both the admission process, will take place of October 4 and the final list will be released on October 5 following which the admission procedure will be held on October 7. As many as 4,71,612 students have applied for almost five lakhs of plus two seats.
