Bhubaneswar: The Indian Railways Thursday unveiled its second food plaza at the City railway station here.
General Manager, East Coast Railway (ECoR), Vidya Bhushan inaugurated the joint at Platform No-6. Top officials of ECoR headquarters and Khurda Road Division including Principal Chief Commercial Manager of ECoR Ajay Kumar Behera were present on the occasion. The railways has been running its first Food Plaza at Platform No-1 since 2016.
The 1560-sq-ft multi-cuisine centre has a capacity of about 50 chairs to accommodate passengers and has facilities like air-conditioned hall, music system, TV and CCTV, among others. The food plaza will operate round the clock.
