Khurda: At least 30 picnickers were injured, two seriously, after the bus they were travelling in had a head-on collision with a truck near Godipada toll gate on National Highway 16 in Khurda district Saturday night.
The injured were rescued by the local people and have been rushed to Khurda district hospital. Two of the critically injured have been shifted to Bhubaneswar hospital.
According to reports, the picnickers from Bhadrak were on their way to Tara Tarini in Ganjam district.
