Kuarmunda: A man was found dead with his throat slit at his house in Kalosihiria rehabilitation colony near Kuarmunda in Sundargarh district Sunday morning. The deceased has been identified as Babulal Ray (58), a chat vendor. Villagers suspected that some miscreants might have murdered Ray Saturday night and fled the spot. They said that Babulal was alone at home on Saturday as his wife, son and daughter were outside. On being informed, Kuarmunda outpost officer Anil Parida with a team reached the spot and started an investigation. Police suspected that a business rivalry might be the reason for the crime.
