Bhubaneswar: Two persons were injured in a fire mishap due to short-circuit at Capital police station here 11.30 AM, Sunday. The injured have been rushed to Capital Hospital. Fire brigade personnel started a rescue operation while the police station compound was enveloped in dark smoke.
Sources said due to short circuit the dress hung in the barrack caught fire and engulfed the room. One of the injured cops has been admitted into ICU.
Senior police officials visited the injured cops.
