Mumbai: The three-day grand affair at the Ambani’s Altamount Road residence, Antilia, celebrating Akash and Shloka’s engagment ended on a complete Bollywood note with a flash mob with the who’s who of B-town shaking a leg with Nita, Isha, and Anant Ambani.
The performance was led by none other than Shah Rukh Khan, who also played the host at the party.
The highlight of the engagement program was the flash mob was also joined by other Bollywood actors including Ranbir Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Navya Naveli Nanda and Abhishek Bachchan apart from Nita, Anant and Isha, among others.
The guests surprised the couple with a flash mob on ‘Gal Mithi Mithi Bol’ from Sonam Kapoor’s ‘Aisha’.
While Isha was seen dancing next to Shweta Bachchan Nanda’s daughter Navya Naveli Nanda on stage, mum Nita was on ground level with Ranbir Kapoor and Abhishek Bachchan.
At the party, Akash and Shloka’s close friends and family members also gifted them some beautiful dance performances. Akash’s mother Nita danced on the song Shubaarambh from the movie Kai Po Che, who was later joined on stage by daughter Isha Ambani.
The Ambani scion’s engagement to Russell Mehta’s daughter Shloka was a lavish affair with the celebrations beginning on June 27 with a mehendi ceremony, followed by a pre-engagement bash the next day.
Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta’s big engagement bash will be etched in their memories forever; it was indeed a special night for the couple.
The party was quite a glitzy affair with some of the biggest B-Town celebs present to take part in the celebration.
