Phulbani: Police launched a manhunt for former Phulbani MLA Debendra Kanhar after his sex video with a woman went viral on social media.
Two special teams have been formed to nab the former legislator, who is also accused of trespassing into a woman’s house and misbehaving with her.
Meanwhile, a case has also been registered against a woman who circulated the obscene video of Debendra.
Stern action will be taken against her for circulating the video on social media platforms, said Kandhamal Superintendent of Police Prateek Singh.
