Amritsar: A photo that shows Punjab Congress leader Navjot Singh Sidhu laughing at a candle rally, which was reportedly organised to pray for those who lost their lives in the train mishap on Vijaya Dashami, went viral on social media.
Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee President Sunil Jakhad and Sidhu took part in the procession. Both the leaders are seen in the photograph.
Readers reacted harshly to the photograph that shows Sidhu laughing during the ceremony.
However, according to some reports, it is not yet clear whether the candle rally was organised for the Amritsar train mishap victims.
