The Yatra has received tremendous support from world-renowned brands, such as Google, Schneider Electric, Rolls Royce, TATA, Coca-Cola India, HSBC, PwC, Ministry of Railways, BASF India, AP Innovation Society, and many others, and it is because of their support that today the Yatra fraternity, has grown to an extensive network of over 5000+ future leaders.

As part of its vision to build a sustainable and equitable society for marginalized and rural communities, Gram Vikas functions in 7 states in India with a focus on Odisha, where it works across 25 districts. From water and sanitation solutions to income generation and education, the organization has impacted over 400,000 individuals and 70,000 families, and has recently scaled operations to include Tanzania and The Gambia in Africa. The Gram Vikas model of creating high impact community-driven solutions is spreading across India and abroad.

Jagriti as an organization has been supporting district entrepreneurs, through various initiatives, namely Jagriti Yatra, Jagriti Enterprise Center, Sustainable Enterprise Award and Jagriti Enterprise Network. India’s development is heading in a direction based on enterprise-led development model, and with consistent support of various success stories of yatripreneurs, has resulted in the upliftment of millions through job creation and locally-led enterprise.

Shashank Mani, Chairman, Jagriti Yatra, said “India has a rare opportunity to evolve into a developed country. We have only 15 years to do this as by then our demographic ratio will peak and start to recede. The Jagriti community is driving urgency to this task of nation building.”
