Mumbai: The 30-scrip Sensitive Index (Sensex) Wednesday opened on a positive note during the morning session of the trade.
The Sensex of the BSE opened at 36,544.86 and touched a high of 36,605.79 and a low of 36,544.86.
It was trading at 36,569.72 up by 127.18 points or 0.35 per cent from its Tuesday’s close at 36,442.54.
On the other hand, the broader 50-scrip Nifty at National Stock Exchange (NSE) opened at 11,024.85 after closing at 10,987.45. The Nifty is trading at 11,034.55 in the morning.
