Deepika Padukone is seen as a young schoolgirl in a fan-made video from the sets of Meghna Gulzar’s upcoming film, Chhapaak. The movie is said to be based on the life of acid attack survivor Laxmi Aggarwal.
Deepika is wearing a blue kurta and white pyjama-dupatta set with a schoolbag on her back. She is standing beside a board that says ‘Rajkiya Vidyalaya’. She is also seen munching on some food.
Pictures and videos have been surfacing from the sets of Chhapaak and following the leaks, Meghna has reportedly decided to increase the security on sets in the national capital.
In an earlier video leaked online, Deepika was seen riding an auto-rickshaw with co-star Vikrant Massey. Perhaps to combat future leaks, Deepika and the makers had shared an official look at her character, Malti, before beginning the shoot. Chhapaak is Deepika’s debut production and is set to hit theatres January 10 next year.
