Mumbai: Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif are eagerly awaiting the release of their new movie ‘Bharat’. Both of them will be seen playing roles very different than their previous characters in this movie.
Salman Khan has commended his co-star Katrina for her performance in the movie.
As impressed as he was with Kat’s work in the film, he went on to say during the song launch of the film that she would win a ‘National Award’ for her role.
Katrina too sounded optimistic about the project and said, “Everyone associated with this film has worked with complete passion and love. It has been a long journey.”
“Salman has also seen how much work the team has done at every step. Film director Ali Abbas Zafar and I have worked hard to present the character in the right way,” she added.
Down to earth as she is, she concluded that ‘the ultimate test is when the film releases and what the audiences’ response to it is’.
Apart from Salman and Katrina, the film also features Disha Patni, Jackie Shroff, Tabu and Sunil Grover who will be seen playing important roles. This film will be released June 5, 2019 on the occasion of Eid.
