They provide support and help you move. Any damage to the joints from disease or injury can interfere with your movement and cause a lot of pain.

To reduce joint pain it is necessary to eat ginger. Actually, ginger contains less amount of prostaglandin and it helps in reducing pain.

Another way to avoid the problem of Arthritis is to consume potato juice. Let me tell you that uric acid is removed from the body by potato juice. Because of this, the pain caused by arthritis is reduced.

Eating almond also helps to relieve joint pain. Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant, so with its help the pain can be reduced to a great extent.

Even pain is relieved by consuming it. Turmeric is the best solution to avoid the problem of arthritis. Curcumin is found in turmeric which relieves pain and inflammation.
