Cuttack, Jan 9: Bhubaneswar-B beat Angul by a huge margin of 285 runs in the Sumit Bose Memorial OCA U-16 Inter-District cricket tournament at the Barabati Stadium here Friday.
Opting to bat first, Bhubaneswar-B scored 359 for the loss of four wickets in the stipulated 50 overs thanks to a scintillating century by Jyoti Ranjan Behera (138) and a brisky half century by Farhat Khan (87). In reply, Angul were bundled out for a meagre 74 with pacer Surjit Kumar (5/21) doing most of the damage.
