Puri: To ensure a hassle-free execution of all the rituals on the day of Bahuda Yatra, a meeting was conducted under the chairmanship of Revenue Divisional Commissioner (RDC) in Puri.
Certain decisions were taken to conduct the Holy Trinity’s return journey to Srimandir in a disciplined manner which is scheduled to be held Wednesday.
The meeting has taken place in the backdrop of several delays in various rituals during this year’s Rath Yatra and Hera Panchami.
As part of the decision, the last darshan of Lord Jagannath and his siblings at Adapa Mandapa, popularly known as Sandhya Darshan, began Tuesday at 7am.
Following the Sandhya Darshan, the final leg of the preparations will be commenced for the retreat of sibling deities to their original abode.

At Gundicha temple, rituals began on the morning of Tuesday. Following the offering of perpetual lamp (Mangal Arati), devotees were allowed to have darshan of the deities.
