Cuttack, July 7: The Board of Secondary Education (BSE) Orissa, Friday announced the supplementary results of High School certificate examination and state institute of open school (SIOS) certificate examinations.
BSE president Susanta Kumar Das who unveiled the results in the morning instructed the candidates to check the board website (www.bseodisha.ac.in) for results.
As per directions, the certificates and mark-sheet will be provided to the students from July 10 and those applying for re-checking and copy of answer sheets can download the required forms from the board website.
The pass percentage of BSE class X supplementary exams has recorded 48.66% this year with a total of 5263 candidates passing the exam out of 11547. According to sources, 2703 boys and 2560 girls have qualified in the supplementary exam.
Notably, the supplementary exams were held June1 and concluded June 7 in 47 centres across the state.
However, 13,396 students appeared in the State Open School Certificate examination, among which 6656 students passed the exam with a passing record of 59.89%. PNN
