Morada: A 65-year-old woman died and another sustained critical injuries after a wall of their house collapsed on them following torrential rainfall at Sanamundabani village under Morada police limits in Mayurbhanj district, Saturday night.
The deceased was identified as Inda Marandi, 65, while her sister-in-law Pana Tudu sleeping beside her sustained critical injuries.
She was rescued in critical condition and admitted to the PRM Medical College and Hospital at Baripada where she succumbed during treatment Sunday. The injured woman is undergoing treatment.
