Bhubaneswar: Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja reviewed the preparations ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit September 27.
A high-level meeting at Lok Seva Bhawan here Saturday was attended by Development Commissioner and Additional Chief Secretary Anu Garg, Additional Chief Secretary (Home) Satyabrata Sahu and Ganjam Collector V Keerthi Vasan (virtually).
Higher Education Commissioner-cum-Secretary Aravind Agrawal made a detailed presentation on the programme arrangements.
The PM will participate in the national-level ‘Seva Parv’ programme in Berhampur, where he is set to inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of a series of development projects in Odisha and other states.
Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi Friday chaired a preparatory meeting and issued necessary instructions to officials regarding arrangements for the PM’s visit.
