The wedding of Indian cricketer Smriti Mandhana and musician Palash Muchhal was abruptly called off, leaving both families and fans heartbroken. Reports surfaced claiming that Palash had cheated on Smriti, leading to the cancellation.

Earlier, the wedding was said to have been postponed due to the cricketer’s father’s deteriorating health. If reports are to be believed, Palash Muchhal has now sought refuge with Premananda Maharaj.

The sudden postponement of their wedding has created a stir on social media. Palash’s name has been linked to choreographers and several unknown women, fueling rumours that he was unfaithful, ultimately leading to the breakup. However, Palash’s mother refuted these claims, stating that Palash fell ill around the same time Smriti’s father’s health declined. She said he was hospitalized and postponed the wedding due to his condition.

A photo and video of a man believed to be Palash Muchhal are now going viral. Based on his hair, eyes, gold engagement ring, and the henna on his hand, many believe the man is indeed Palash. He is seen wearing a mask in the photo. The accompanying video shows a man who resembles Palash sitting before Premananda Maharaj, surrounded by devotees. Someone asks a question about his experience, and Maharaj responds while Palash listens quietly.

Before the video emerged, several photos of a man resembling Palash had already gone viral. It remains unclear whether the visuals are recent or old. Neither the video nor the photo clearly shows his full face. However, the gold engagement ring and henna on his hand have led to speculation that the images are recent and that Palash sought refuge with Premananda Maharaj following the collapse of his wedding plans with Smriti Mandhana. Meanwhile, social media users continue to troll him over the rumours of cheating.

Palash Muchhal and Smriti Mandhana were set to marry on November 23. But the cricketer’s father fell seriously ill and was admitted to a hospital in Sangli, Smriti’s hometown, where the grand wedding was planned. Later, reports claimed that Palash’s health had also deteriorated, leading to the ceremony being postponed. Palash was recently spotted in Mumbai and appeared to be fine. As of now, there are no updates on the future of their wedding.
