Balasore: Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 128th edition of ‘Mann Ki Baat’ was broadcast across polling booths nationwide November 30, with the Basta Assembly constituency once again topping participation in Odisha.
According to local organisers, Booth Number-257 in the Basta Assembly constituency achieved hundred per cent participation for the 12th consecutive time in just 17 months. As part of the 128th broadcast, special viewing events were arranged at 17 locations across the country where the Prime Minister interacted with listeners through a live video link.
In the Balasore Parliamentary constituency, a dedicated programme was held at Booth Number-147 in Asti panchayat under Baliapal block of the Basta Assembly segment (37). Thousands of attendees gathered to listen to the Prime Minister’s address. Modi also interacted with the audience directly through video conferencing. The event was organised under the supervision of Balasore North district coordinator Krushnachandra Dutta.
