Mumbai: Rakhi Sawant was last in the news when she claimed that she got married to an NRI named Ritesh.

She informed this through a post on social media. Recently Rakhi’s song ‘Chappan Churi’ was released and she is leaving no stone unturned to promote it. Now Rakhi has made a big offer to social media sensation Ranu Mondal.

The ‘Pardesiya’ girl has praised Ranu’s voice and offered her a song. Rakhi said that she would like Ranu to sing the remix version of her latest song ‘Chappan Churi’ originally sung by Mandakini Bora.

She confessed that she is very happy to be associated with an industry that supports talented people like Ranu and gives them a chance to grow.

“I heartily thank singers like Himesh Reshammiya,” said Rakhi.

Ranu was singing Lata Mangeshkar’s ‘Ek Pyar Ka Nagma Hai’ at a railway station in West Bengal which changed her fortunes. Videos of Ranu reached the heavyweights of the Hindi film industry. She appeared on Himesh Reshammiya’s reality show ‘Superstar Singer’ where music composer offered Ranu a chance to sing in one of his movies.

Ranu, who once slept on empty stomachs, would not have even dreamt that she would become a star overnight.

Ranu sang a song for Himesh’s upcoming film ‘Happy Hardy and Heer ‘.

It is worth mentioning that Ranu was born in Krishnanagar, Nadia. After her mother’s death, she spent most of her childhood at her aunt’s place in Ranaghat.
