Bhubaneswar, April 5: Bhubaneswar Colts beat defending champions BSNL by 26 runs to clinch the title of the E-League cricket tournament here Sunday.
Opting to bat first, Colts notched-up 169 runs in the stipulated 40 overs with Niranjan Behera (5/35) returning with a five wicket haul. BSNL gave a tough fight, but eventually fell short by 26 runs, despite a fighting knock by Priyabrata Pradhan (58).
The champion team bagged a cash prize of Rs 25,000 with a trophy, while the runners-up team took home Rs 15,000 and a trophy.
