Patna: A class 12 student from Bihar’s Patna attempted suicide by jumping off a building, after failing in her board examination.
The girl, however, was saved by a young man, who reacted promptly. The video of the girl trying to jump off the building went viral on the internet, shocking netizens.
As per reports, the girl had failed in 12th board exams and was allegedly going through depression which led her to take the unfortunate step.

The girl was somehow been saved by a young man, who held her before hitting the floor. As per reports, the girl had some injuries and as of now undergoing treatment.
In a similar incident, a 24-year-old postgraduate student of AIIMS Patna had allegedly died by suicide. The deceased was identified as Nilesh Kumar, a first-year student in the department of anesthesiology at AIIMS Patna.
“His colleagues wanted him to accompany them for a cup of tea and knocked at his door. Getting no response, they broke open the door and found his body lying on the bed,” said AIIMS Patna officials.
