Birthday boy Manish Paul credits Salman Khan for changing his life

Mumbai: Actor, VJ, radio jockey and TV host Manish Paul is celebrating his 38th birthday today. Born 1981, Manish is a multi-talented actor who often hosts big awards show.

Fans are crazy for his hosting and comedy timings more than his acting. Apart from this, Manish is superstar Salman Khan’s favorite. Manish has hosted Salman’s Dabangg Tour.  Manish has hosted shows like ‘Comedy Circus’, ‘Nach Baliye’, ‘Dance India Dance’, and ‘Jhalak Dikhla Jaa’. Manish has his roots to a Punjabi family of Delhi.

In college, Manish hosted cultural events in schools and colleges. Subsequently, in 2002, he got first break to host Sunday Tango in Star Plus and also remained as a VJ with Zee Music. Back then, Manish was huge and weighed more than 90 kilos.

In 2016, Manish Paul transformed his body from fat to fit. Manish gives all the credit to Dabangg Salman Khan. In an interview Manish said, “Manish was approached by Salman for the Dabangg tour but he wasn’t in a good shape. I told them about my condition and they said don’t worry this will happen next year. I was overjoyed and decided that if I have to go with Salman sir, I have to not only be as fit as him but also build my physique in such a way that I should be able to go on stage shirtless like him.”

Manish lost 14 Kg for his film ‘Mickey Virus’ 2013 and Salman had told him to do so. Manish follows strict diet.

On personal front, Manish married his childhood friend Sanyukta in 2007. They met each other in their school and started dating in late 1998. Soon, their families got to know each other and they finally got married in 2007.
