Cuttack, March 17: Ishani Soren (6/8) bowled brilliantly as Keonjhar trounced Jharsuguda by 156 runs in the OCA Inter-district women’s cricket tournament here at the Ravenshaw Ground-I Tuesday.
In a low-scoring day, Sasmita Sahoo (5/14) of Khurda and Banarani Singh (3/3) and Basanti Singh (3/5) of KIIT dominated with the ball to bowl. However, Santoshini Munda of Jharsuguda’s (6/33) spell went in vain as their batting collapsed later miserably.
