Cuttack, March 15: Chand Club emerged champions of the one-day football tournament beating Orissa Police in the final at the Pyari Mohan Academy Ground in Cuttack, Sunday. Orissa Olympic Association (OOA) secretary Asirbad Behera joined as the chief guest and distributed the prizes.
