CM Majhi meets Odisha governor, discuss welfare initiatives

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi met Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati at the Lok Bhavan here Friday and discussed key initiatives to accelerate the state’s economic growth and people’s welfare.

The Lok Bhavan said the discussions focused on Odisha’s all-round development and the government’s plans to spur growth. Both leaders emphasised the importance of accelerating the progress of the state along with working for the welfare of the people.

In a social media post, Kambhampati said, “Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi called on me at Lok Bhavan today. We exchanged views on Odisha’s development priorities and key ongoing and upcoming initiatives, with a shared focus on accelerating the state’s growth and advancing the welfare of the people of Odisha.”

The CMO took to X to say, “Today, at Lok Bhavan, the chief minister paid a courtesy call on Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati. On this occasion, discussions took place between the two on strengthening the state’s overall development, public welfare, and progressive governance system even further.”
