May Lord Jagannath bless everyone with bundles of Joy and Prosperity) he wrote.

The CM, citing his ill-health, requested his all well-wishers not to throng at his residence Naveen Niwas to greet him on the occasion of New Year, a communication issued by his office in this regard, said. Naveen has decided to stay away from celebrations as his doctors advised him to do so.
