Dance show to involve vulnerable sections

BHUBANESWAR: Jhoom India, a unique national level reality programme for orphans,  differently abled individuals,  transgenders, slum children  and senior citizens will held in Bhubaneswar from November 12 to 17, 2018.

This event features top dance contestants from all over India. They would face off in the largest fusion dance talent show among these categories. The show is presented by Shantidham Foundation and supported by SJEM, Govt. of India. The first 5 days of the programme will be held at GKCM Odissi Research Centre in Bhubaneswar. The grand finale of the competition will be held at Rabindra Mandap November 18.

 The reality show brings together 3000 participants from different parts of India. These participants would showcase Indian culture through their vibrant and energetic dances. Shortlisted participants will come over to Bhubaneswar for the audition and finale. The event will feature both modern and classical dances. The competition would be aired on a national TV channel. The winners and runners up from each group will be awarded a trophy from eminent guests in the finale.

The participants will come from different parts of India like New New Delhi, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telengana, Chattishgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Kerala, Goa, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Assam, North East (Manipur, Sikkim, Tripura, Meghalaya, Nagaland) & Odisha.
