Mumbai: Deepika Padukone, who made her debut with the film Om Shanti Om, recently completed 13 years in Hindi film industry.
Her first film, Om Shanti Om, with Shah Rukh Khan was released 9 November 2007. After this, Deepika gave many superhit films one after another. Now she is one of the top paid actresses of the Hindi film industry.

Deepika is once again in the news for the amount she is charging for Pathan, which is being made under the banner of Yash Raj Films. The film will be directed by Siddharth Anand, who previously helmed the action drama War starring Tiger Shroff and Hrithik Roshan.
There are reports that Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika and John Abraham are going to be seen in lead roles in the film.
It is being said that a special budget has been prepared for the film. Meanwhile, big news has come about Deepika’s fees.
According to media reports, Deepika has taken a fee of about Rs 14-15 crores for the film. The shooting will start from next year. The report further added that the film’s overall budget is estimated to be around Rs 200 crore.
Pathan also features John Abraham as the antagonist.
On the work front, Deepika is currently busy shooting for Shakun Batra’s untitled film alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday.
