Paradip: In a shocking double murder in Odisha, a youth reportedly hacked two women to death at Expressway colony under Kujang Police station limit of Jagatsinghpur district Sunday.
A source said the youth barged into the houses of the two women and attacked them with a sword.
While one woman died on the spot, the other died at the local hospital. The reason behind the attack has not been ascertained yet.
The source further said that the youth was allegedly drunk. Police have detained the youth, who is being interrogated.
