Bhubaneswar: The draft voter list ahead of the forthcoming general elections will be published Saturday and electoral roll revision will held till October 31, informed State Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Surendra Kumar.
The draft voter list will be out at CEO office Saturday. The voters can apply for rectification in the voter list and the process will continue in next two months till October 31. The final voter list will be published January 4, 2019, Kumar said after all-party meeting here Thursday.
The fresh voters can apply online on www.ceoorissa.nic.in/www.nvsp.in to be included in the voter list. They need to furnish colour passport photograph, identity proof of residence and birth date for registration in the voter list.
Efforts will be made to ensure that no eligible voters should be left out, Kumar said adding that focus will be given to include fresh voters in the list.
