Keonjhar: The maiden Odisha Climate Conclave 2025 is set to begin Sunday on the campus of Fakirpur CT School in Keonjhar district.
As climate change continues to pose serious challenges to society, the event aims to bring together environmentalists, researchers, educators, students and intellectuals from across Odisha to discuss the state’s climate issues and explore possible solutions.
The programme will be inaugurated by Dharitri and Orissa POST Editor Tathagata Satpathy.
Other esteemed guests include Anandpur Sub-Collector Nilamadhav Suna, Keonjhar Wildlife Division DFO Prashant Kumar Panda, Dharitri and Orissa POST Chief Executive Adyasha Satpathy, Anandapur Anchalika Training College Assistant Professor Sabita Jena, Fakirpur Government Elementary Teacher Education Institute Principal Kartikeshwar Roul, and environmentalists Saroj Kumar Sahu and Bailochan Sutar. Organiser Trilochan Sahoo said a large number of nature lovers, students and intellectuals from across the country are expected to attend.
