Free from rule of Italian Government: Kangana hits at Congress

On way to cast her vote, ‘Gangster’ actress Kangana Ranaut took a jibe at the Congress, saying that India is truly independent today; free from the rule of ‘Italian government’.

Kangana, who cast her vote in Mumbai during Phase 4 of the ongoing 2019 Lok Sabha election, was asked about the importance of voting.

The Manikarnika actress replied, “It’s a very important day. This day comes once in five years, so please make use of this. I feel India is gaining its independence in the real sense of the term today. Before this, we were servants of Mughal, British and Italian governments. So please exercise your right and vote.”

By saying Italian government, Kangana hinted at Sonia Gandhi. While rapes, poverty, pollution is going on in country, they (Congress) are chilling in London. It is time for our swaraj and swadharm. So we should be going in large numbers and voting for India.”

The actress last appeared in Manikarnika The Queen Of Jhansi.
