Bhubaneswar: Atun Bar, a chef of Mayfair Hotel here, was found hanging in the hotel bathroom Thursday night. The police seized the body and sent it for post-mortem to the Capital Hospital. According to sources, the deceased hailed from Digha in West Bengal. His body was handed over to his brother who came from Digha Friday morning. The exact cause of Atun’s death is yet to be ascertained, although police have started investigation. This is for the second time in the past couple of months that two staffers of the Hotel Mayfair Lagoon have died under mysterious circumstances.
Earlier, the body of Dhiraj Singh, another employee of the hotel, was found hanging from a lamppost, a few metres away from the hotel July 18.
