Megha Ghosh, Actress

I am a good listener. I mean I want to talk less and listen more to others so that I always can learn from others. I wish to keep up my quality in the New Year 2015. Besides, I want to be in time always. May it be an event or in the life I try my best to move matching steps with time. Also, I expect others to be time conscious. I am trying luck in Bengali film industry and getting good offers too. Yet, in the New Year I expect a career boom. I have high hopes in the New Year which I guess will offer me a great career in the film industry.

Kajal Satpathy, Actress

I debuted in film Krishna Govinda and so far acted in Sabyasachi-Archita starrer ‘Smile Please’. However, my tele serial ‘Sahanai’ has poured me with huge appreciation. In fact this serial has made me a household name in Orissa. Year 2014 was a beautiful year for me as I entered filmdom as the protagonist this year. Besides I have earned lot of things in this year. Coming to New Year resolution, since I am a bit weak in acting, I will try to work to polish my acting aptitude in the New Year, I have decided.

Sohini Mishra, Singer

Year 2014 was very good for me. It was the year when I released my debut solo Hindi album titled ‘Love Rainbow’. As per a larger section of the people it was beginning of a new concept in Orissa’s music market since now many other singers are interested to release their solos. In the New Year I am entering Bollywood film music world and I am quiet hopeful for it. Besides, I have decided to create my own band in Mumbai to promote real talents. This is all about my New Year resolution.

Rali Nanda, Actress

I have invited all my family members from my side and in-law’s site and all of us will have a grand party in the night of 31st December. Even we have ordered a big cake for that. I am enjoying married life ten times better than my bachelor life. I am so happy. It is good news that Oriya film industry is growing day by day. In the New Year my career will take a big boost. I expect to get more and good films in the New Year. Herewith I would like to convey my New Year good wish to all the actors, actresses and the whole Oriya film fraternity and my fans.

Manoj Mishra, Actor

First of all, I would like to wish all SP readers a very Happy New Year. Everyone makes resolutions on New Year eve so do I. I would like to be more cool and calm this New Year —that’s a top priority. After that I would like to inculcate all the qualities of a lovable and patient person, as these are the qualities everyone should have. Right now I am
concenterating on South Indian films and for that I need to maintain a
more disciplined schedule. It includes all things related to diet and exercise.

Yukta Rakshit, Actress

New Year’s Eve has always been a time for looking back to the past, and more importantly, forward to the coming year. It’s a time to reflect on the changes we want to make and resolve to follow through on those changes.  Every year I make resolutions and this year too. With this New Year I wish some good and positive energy in my life and being from film fraternity I wish to get some good projects this year too an not to repeat the mistakes which I have done in 2014. When it comes to adopting any habits I would like to increase my patience level as it is an important characteristic which we all should learn.

Sunil Kumar, Actor

New Year’s resolutions help you feel grounded. Every person makes resolutions in the New Year like losing weight and exercising more.  But mine is to keep a more disciplined schedule and to be healthy and fit. And as an actor I wish that I get good offers not only in Ollywood but also from Orissa.
