Athamallik: An elephant was found dead Tuesday in Siddhpaura Khesra forest under Athamallick range in Cuttack. Forest department sources said, the tusker was suspected to have died following a fight with another.
The carcass was buried after postmortem. Now, a herd of 22 elephants is moving in the area.
