Barang: A team from the Acharya Harihar Regional Cancer Centre Saturday earmarked land for a cancer institute in Barang block of Cuttack district.
According to reports, the 30-acre institute will come up between Chandiprasad and Ratagarh villages under Ramdaspur panchayat.
Barang Tehsildar Ramesh Chandra Jena said a team comprising Cancer Centre Director Lalatendu Sarangi, CDMO Bibhuti Nayak, officials of Barang tehsil and health department visited the location of the site Saturday.
