Meet & Greet service at city airport

Bhubaneswar: Aroon Aviation Service Private Limited (AASPL), a leading aviation service provider has launched a Meet and Greet Service or Swagat Seva for the passengers at Biju Patnaik International Airport (BPIA). The Airports Authority of India has allowed the outfit to start its operations in BPIA, Jammu and Udaipur airports.

The outgoing passengers at the exit will be helped in baggage scanning and we will leave them at the counter. “This facility will be very helpful for many passengers, especially senior citizens, first-time travellers and unaccompanied minors. Moreover, this will improve the airport hospitality and the passengers will have a comfortable time,” said BPIA director Sharad Kumar. Many passengers have showered accolades on this service facility offered by the company.
“It is very helpful especially for women and senior citizens. It gives the impression that a helping hand is ready for your assistance and you will feel comfortable,” said Rajkumar Ghosh, a senior citizen and passenger from BPIA.
