Actress Aasiya Kazi, who shot to fame as the subdued-yet-strong Santo alongside veteran actor Ronit Roy in the mega soap ‘Bandini’ aired on NDTV Imagine, loves to spend Sunday with her family. “I think every moment I spend with my family is great. For me, my family is my world. I love to be with them all the time and have loads of fun because most of the time I remain busy either with shooting or other events,” she quips.
At home
For this pretty and petite actress, who earned kudos for portraying Ganga’s role in ‘Balika Vadhu’ post the exit of Sargun Mehta, is generally not a party animal. “I avoid parties on Sunday. Being a homesick girl, I love to be at my place and occasionally throw parties at my residence for friends and loved ones,” she maintains.
Me time
The bubbly actress says: “I love to live life happily. And I feel happy when I make people around me happy. I play pranks on my off days so that I can make my family and friends happy.”
Shopping
The actress loves to go on a shopping spree on Sundays. “I am a spendthrift when it comes to my family and friends. Thus I make it a point I go for shopping on Sundays and make sure to get something for each member of my family,” the actress says.
