Bhadrak: BJP national president JP Nadda paid tributes to late Dhamnagar MLA Bishnu Charan Sethi on 12th day of post-death rituals at his native Mangarajpur village, Friday. Nadda described the former legislator as a sensitive personality, politician, litterateur and culture lover rolled into one.
Speaking at a ceremony organised on the premises of Tihidi College here, Nadda called upon youths to inspire themselves by the ideals of the late leader and dedicate themselves to social service. The BJP president was accompanied by Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, former minister Manmohan Samal and BJP state unit president Samir Mohanty.
