NISER screening test May 30

Bhubaneswar, Feb 11: The National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER) has invited applications for National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) – 2015 for admissions to integrated M.Sc courses. Those who have either passed or appeared the Plus II exam can apply for the entrance test by March 7.
Students who want to pursue the course in biological, chemical, mathematical and physical sciences at NISER will have to go through six steps to complete the online registration.
The entrance test will be held May 30 and candidates can download their admit cards April 15 and onwards. The results will be published June 19.
The candidates will have to log in to www.nestexam.in and register themselves with a valid e-mail ID. Then they have to provide personal information like name, address and academic performance following which they have to select the mode of payment.
If payment is made through demand draft, they have to put the DD number. They can also pay through debit/credit cards online for which the fees are `700 for General and Other Backward Class males.
However, for the application is `350 for SC/ST, female and differently-abled persons. After cross-checking the information they have to submit the application.
For offline process, the candidates have to take a print-out of the filled-in application form and send it to the NEST office before March 7 with relevant documents.
